PLAYER PRIVACY

Privacy at CaseCraft 2.

CaseCraft stores the information needed to operate accounts, cloud saves and multiplayer features. It does not support real-money deposits, withdrawals or CS2 item transfers.

Guest progress

Guest progress is saved on our server under a random browser cookie, with an IndexedDB recovery copy on your device. No email is required for a guest save. Creating a new account can transfer that guest progress once; signing into an existing account does not combine the two saves. Clearing browser data or losing the guest cookie can prevent access, so create an account for cross-device recovery.

Information used

Signed-in accounts use an email address, public display name and authentication identifiers. Game saves include virtual balances, inventory, progression and settings. Social features can contain profile text, chat, direct messages and reports you choose to submit.

How it is used

This information operates cloud saves, account recovery, multiplayer rooms, moderation, fraud prevention and player support. Public profile controls let you limit selected inventory, balance and activity visibility.

Your choices

You can edit profile fields, block players and report content inside the game. Use the in-game Bug Reports area for privacy, access or deletion requests before supplying any additional personal information.

Third-party content

Counter-Strike cosmetic names and images identify virtual game items. Authentication and hosting providers process technical data required to deliver the service.
